Applications are due on September 30th, 2023
Entry Fee Per Team:
$350 - 10U - $35 Per Player for a 10 player roster
$420 - 12U - $35 Per Player for a 12 player roster
$525 - 14U - $35 Per Player for a 15 player roster
- All Players will receive a tournament t-shirt
- Awards for the top 4 teams in each division
- A 3 game guarantee
- Semi Finals (if necessary) and Finals
Coaches
All coaches must have the following training completed in order to be eligible to be in the tournament. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE FOR TOURNAMENTS SO IF YOU DON'T HAVE THE BELOW TRAINING, YOU CANNOT ENTER THE TOURNAMENT.
1) Safe Haven (completed after 2011)
2) CDC Concussion (online and completed within the last 3 years)
3) Safe Sport (federally mandated - must be current including any refreshers)
4) Sudden Cardiac Arrest (completed)
4) Coach specific training
- 10U: online classroom portion completed
- 10U: in person field training completed
- 12U: in person classroom/field training completed
- 14U: requires 12U certification first and 14U (Intermediate Coach in
person training)
Referees

Each team in the tournament must provide referees. These referees will be assigned 3 games or more, based on their qualifications.
All referees must be an AYSO registered volunteer and be Safe-Haven Certified, CDC Concussion Certified and Safe Sport Certified for adult Referees.
Referees for 14U games must be Advanced/Intermediate level or above.
Referees for 12U games must be Intermediate level or above.
Referees for 10U games must be Regional or above.
Team Minimums and Maximums
Two teams maximum per division per gender for each region
A minimum of four teams per division per gender will be required to host the tournament
A maximum of ten teams will be admitted per division per gender
10U teams must have at least 6 players, and no more than 10.
12U teams must have at least 7 players, and no more than 12.
14U teams must have at least 9 players, and no more than 15.
Team Application
In order for a team to apply to the tournament the team must be activated within the Association Platform.
An activated team will then be able to apply to the tournament in the Association Platform on the Tournament tab of the team.
